Leftover Utah Pictures

We went out to dinner at Olive Garden one night.  We don't usually order Benson or Reese food because they go crazy on the bread sticks and "little fella's" a.k.a croutons.  We were getting ready to leave and Benson still had half a bread stick left and he decided to shove the whole thing in his mouth.  Then he was so sweet to show us all what the bread stick looked like in his mouth all chewed up.
That's our boy and yes we are so proud of his wonderful manners!

My brother Derek travels all summer long cutting corn mazes.  He finally made it home about the last week of our stay in Utah.  He was so sweet with Reese.  They built a fort together and then he took her inside and read books to her.  If you know Reese, you know she loves attention from grown-ups, so this made Reese's day.

As we were packing up to leave for Bear Lake, Benson found the perfect box for a chair.  He spent a good portion of the day in this box until his big sister Reese came along and told him he needed to share with her.

Benson has also become very serious about learning to drive.  Anytime he finds some kind of steering wheel he has to drive whatever it is hooked to.  Even if it means driving Grandma's van.

He is obsessed with sunglasses.  If he finds your sunglasses it is a sure bet that he will be wearing them in less than 5 seconds.
We seriously loved our time in Utah.  It was very hard to leave.  I kept asking Ben if he was ready to go back home to Texas and he told me no.  We just keep crossing our fingers that we will get lucky enough one day to live there.
